Project Transition consists of eight therapeutic communities, or programs. Our host counties include Philadelphia, Bucks, Berks, and Montgomery in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We offer competitive compensation, and full-time positions include a benefits package. We do not employ sleep-over or night shift staff.
Employment offers are based upon personal interviews at Project Transition and are contingent upon favorable drug screen and criminal history clearances.
