Looking for More than a Job?

Project Transition’s staff team is the heart of our organization. Working at PT is challenging and rewarding. At times, it is difficult…and not for everyone.

Comments from our staff indicate why they like being a part of PT (and why our staff turnover is low):

“Caring and positive concern define PT.”

”I know that I’m making a difference.”

“There is a strong sense of community and teamwork here.”

“We are a compassionate organization.”

“I really like my coworkers: they are bright and supportive.”

“I have learned so much… it’s sharpened my counseling and group leadership skills.”

“We never give up hope.”

“The psychologists and psychiatrists here are excellent.”

Project Transition consists of three therapeutic communities, or programs, in Philadelphia and Warrington (Bucks County), PA. If you are not familiar with our work and philosophy, please take a moment to learn about them — the home page is the best place to start.

We offer competitive compensation, and full-time positions include a benefits package. We do not employ sleep-over or night shift staff.

Employment offers are based upon personal interviews at Project Transition and are contingent upon favorable drug screen and criminal history clearances.
