Certified Peer and Recovery Specialists support our members in skill building, goal setting, and creative problem solving.
Through individual and group supports, use of Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and advocacy training and support, the goal is to help individuals to develop their own self-directed recovery tools. We have in-house training experiences that give members an opportunity to experience what it would be like to work as a Certified Peer or Recovery Specialist.
Project Transition members have gone on to become Certified Peer and Recovery Specialists and we have graduates who are fully employed in this field.
